At Kulsoom’s Henna, we make every effort to ensure the quality of our handmade products. Due to the nature of our items, we do not offer returns on opened or used products.

1. Eligibility for Return

We accept returns only if:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The product was never opened

Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products

  • Opened products

  • Customized henna cones or bulk orders

  • Products exposed to heat, sunlight, or improper storage

  • Services or appointments

3. Refund Process

Once your return is inspected and approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5–7 business days

4. Exchange Policy

If you received a defective or damaged item, we will send a replacement at no extra cost.
